I’ll conduct a full nutrition assessment to get to know you better, and respond to any questions that you may have.  We’ll discuss your relationship with food and your body – other areas of health like sleep, movement, anxiety, and stress - your expectations and goals, and more.  Together we’ll put together a big picture plan and some actionable steps that you would like to target during this wellness journey.  


We’ll explore your progress and any challenges along the way.  We’ll make adjustments as needed to your action steps to meet you where you are – and to keep moving you forward on this journey.
